Sent out up to a year before your wedding, these cards provide your guests with advance notice of your wedding date.

All of our design ranges have coordinating Save the Date cards, which may be available in several formats:

  • 74x125mm tri-fold

We also have our exclusive Save the Date Bookmarks for something a little bit different.

Their price includes one Save the Date card and one envelope.

Order Of Ceremony


Order Of Ceremony

Booklets/flat cards which provide an outline of your marriage ceremony and a timetable of the day.

We produce:

  • Order of Service/Ceremony booklets: for religious wedding ceremonies and for longer civil wedding ceremonies.
  • Single-sided, flat Order of Ceremony/Day cards: for shorter civil ceremonies/partnerships.
  • Tri-fold Order of Day cards: for shorter religious ceremonies and for civil ceremonies.

Our booklets and cards are coordinated with all of our design ranges.

The price of our booklets includes an A5 card cover with up to 2 pages of folded inserts (up to 8 printed sides). Additional pages can be provided at further cost.

The price of our flat cards is for an A5 card with a single side of printing. Double-sided printing can be provided at further cost.

The price of our tri-fold cards is for an A4 sheet of card, folded into three panels, providing 6 panels of text.

Reception Stationery


Menus

Inform your guests of the food that will be served during the Wedding Breakfast.

All of our design ranges have coordinating Menu cards, which may be available in several formats:

  • 99x210mm traditional card

  • 100x150mm free standing pyramid

Their price includes one Menu card.

Table Seating Plans

Placed at the entrance to your Wedding Breakfast, they help your guests locate their table quickly and easily.

We are able to produce Table Seating Plans to coordinate with all our design ranges. They are normally mounted on A2 size, thick white, professional display board, however for larger Receptions (10+ tables) A1 size may be required, dependent on the design. We are also able to mount Table Seating Plans onto white canvas, for an additional cost.

Due to the number of design choices available when creating a Table Plan, our Table Plans are always bespoke to each wedding. We work directly with the bridal couple to create a Plan that meets their specific requirements, in the design range that they have chosen. A quotation is always provided before any work commences and a digital mock up is provided for proofing purposes once an order has been confirmed.

Prices typically range from £75-£100 and include the table lists mounted onto the backing board of your choice.

Table Seating Plans

Table Names/Number

Located on each table at your Wedding Breakfast so that your guests can find their table.

All of our design ranges have coordinating Table Name/Number cards, which may be available in several formats:

  • 144x144mm flat cards (these will require a display holder)
  • 125x175mm flat cards (these will require a display holder)
  • 99x210mm free standing triangular tower

The price for the flat cards is for one Table Name/Number card printed with a single-sided display. Double-sided printing is available at an additional cost.

The price of the triangular tower is for one Table Name/Number card printed with a three-sided display.

Place Cards

Located on each table, Place cards show guests their specific seat at the Wedding Breakfast.

All of our design ranges have coordinating Place cards in 56x89mm size free standing tent folded cards.

Their price is for one blank Place card. Printing of guests’ names is available at an additional cost.

Place Cards

Escort Cards

An alternative to Table Seating Plans, Escort cards individually direct guests to their seats. They are used in conjunction with Table Name/Number cards and can either double up as Place cards (if you leave your guests to seat themselves round their table), or will require additional Place cards (if you wish your guests to sit in a specific seat).

They are available in three formats:

  • 70x100mm envelope and flat card – these can either be supplied plain or decorated with elements of your design range.
  • 70x100mm envelope and tent-folded card – these can either be supplied plain or decorated with elements of your design range.
  • Tags – these can either be larger tags, if to be displayed on a board or tree, or smaller tags if to be tied round favours. They can either be supplied plain, or contain elements of your design range or just be colour coordinated to your invitations.

Their price is for:

  • One envelope and one flat insert card (with guest name printed on the envelope and table name/number printed on the insert card).
  • One envelope and one tent-folded card (with guest name printed on the envelope, table name/number printed on one side of the tent card and guest name printed on the reverse of the tent card).
  • One tag, printed on the front with the guest name and table name/number, and tied with a 20cm loop of ribbon.

Tags

We are able to produce tags in a variety of sizes, coordinated to the colour scheme of your stationery, with or without elements of your design range. These can be used as Escort cards, tied around wine glasses as Place cards, as favour tags and attached to Thank You presents, to name but a few ideas. If you require any special signs or notices to be displayed at your Wedding, we are more than happy to coordinate them with your design range. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Lottery / Scratch Card Holders

A fun alternative to favours, giving a lottery ticket or scratch card to each of your guests gives them an opportunity to win a prize and can act as an ice breaker to start conversations around the dinner table.

They are available as:

  • Mini cards, with or without an envelope. They can be portrait or landscape in orientation.
  • Mini, tri-fold, wallets.
  • Place cards with a pocket.
